Itinerary

MMHS travel meet to Cedar City Jan 16-17^th

Thursday January 16^th:

11:00 AM- Leave MMHS on school bus

2:45 PM- Arrive at Crystal Inn: 1575 W 200 N, Cedar City UT 84720

3:15 PM- Leave for Canyon View HS for swim meet

3:30 PM- Arrive at Canyon View High School, Stretch and Warm ups

4:30 PM- Meet begins against Canyon View, Cedar City and Desert Hills

7:30 PM- Meet ends, team gets dinner

9:00 PM- Team arrives back at Crystal Inn

10:30 PM- Lights out

Friday January 17^th:

8:00 AM- Wake up, Continental Breakfast

9:00-11:00 AM- Study hall, free time

11:30 AM- Go out to lunch

1:00 PM- Arrive back at Hotel

1:50 PM- Leave hotel for swim meet

2:00 PM- Arrive at Snow Canyon High School, St. George.  Warm up

3:00 PM- Meet begins against Snow Canyon and Dixie High School

5:30 PM- Meet ends, team stops by a fast food place for dinner

6:30 PM- Team is back on the bus headed to MMHS

10:15 PM- Team arrives back at MMHS

 ALSO:

-The trip will cost $50 for each swimmer.  Pay at the finance office

- 4 students per room, 2 queen sized beds

-We need parent volunteers to contribute snacks and drinks for the trip. For example:  Costco sized Gatorade, water, granola bars, fruit snacks, etc.  These snacks are for the team during the meets and resting times at the hotel. Please email us what you will be bringing for the team so we can plan for it.

-Absolutely No boys in the girl’s rooms or girls in the boy's rooms. There will be consequences if this happens. If you want to hang out you can do that in the lobby.
