Hello everyone!!!
I cannot believe our season is coming to an end already! You have all done great so far!  Let's finish off with a BANG at Regions this weekend. This is the meet we've been training all season for.  No practice Friday morning as we will be competing in the afternoon.

First things first:
We will be having a team party/dinner this Thursday from 5:30-7:30 PM. Don't be late because we're going to be making shirts for regions and having dinner!  It will be at Erin's grandma's house:
1248 S 2200 E, Springville.
Please come! The captains and I are working hard planning and we want everyone there.
If you have any questions about it ask one of the captains.

Second, Regions:
On Friday the bus will be leaving at 2:15 PM, on Saturday we will be leaving at 7:15 AM, from MMHS same spot we've been meeting at for every away meet, south side. I will have you all excused early at 1:45 PM on friday. DO NOT BE LATE! WE WILL LEAVE WITH OUT YOU AND YOU'LL NEED TO FIND YOUR OWN WAY TO THE MEET.
The meet starts at 4:00 PM on Friday and 9:00 AM on Saturday. It is at the Orem Fitness center.

200 medley relay
200 free
200 IM
50 free

Saturday events:
100 fly
100 free
500 free
200 free relay
100 back
100 breast
400 free relay

Make sure you shave down for this meet! And yes BOYS TOO! Legs, arms, backs the whole Shabang! Don't shave until Thursday night so you'll be slick and ready to zoom through the water Friday!

Even if you aren't swimming on one of the days you will still be required to come both days because we will be practicing there and you need to be there to support and cheer on your team mates. We have a few swimmers and relays really close to making state and we need everyone there to support and cheer one another on!

Third:
The weekend of state (Feb. 8,9) the Poco loco swim shop will be having a big sale for all high school swimmers, everything will be 25% off or more. It's a great time to stock up on swim gear for next year! ( those who didn't have fins this year)
