Our meet against Lone Peak has been rescheduled. It will now be Tuesday, December 10th at 3:30 PM still at our pool. 

We are working on our travel meet and figuring out the costs.  A meeting about that will be soon. The fundraiser didn't go very well.  Any volunteers to be in charge of a fundraiser for our travel expenses and overall budget??

Here are the holiday Moratorium days we will NOT have practice:

November 28th and 29th

December 23-27th

January 1st

The Maroon and Gold meet is changed to THURSDAY Oct. 31st! Yes, Halloween morning (costumes are encouraged)!!  It will be at 5 AM and we need more parent volunteers for this meet.  Please email me if you can help. Our Spirit Week will be October 28, 29 and 30th, team meet on the 31st and no practice Friday. YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS WEEK!
Keep working hard on selling those shirts to fund raise for our trip! 
I have only received a few physicals and receipts. Please get your physical done ASAP!  All orders for suits and warm ups are due FRIDAY THE 25th!  Make sure to let Londyn or I know your size. I will only be making one order for everything, so don't be late!
If you will be missing practice please text or email your coach!  Remember, you are expected to attend at least 80% of workouts. That's 4 out of 5 of the days we practice.

Meet updates!!  Thursday, Nov. 21st - Home Meet with Lone Peak and Springville at 3:30.  Tuesday, Nov. 26th - Home Meet with Spanish Fork and Springville at 3:30. 
Jan. 16th - Canyon View meet at 4:30
Jan. 17th - Snow Canyon/Dixie meet at 3:00
